Overview of the technical facts:
- The production batches are divided into small units with selector bins
- The bin system consists of bins and indexing plates that are fed past the parts outlet of the production unit
- The bins are designed in segment form, making it possible that parts cannot fall outside the bins
- The bins bottoms for part diameters over 1 mm are always made of perforated plate for a secured oil drain
- For smallest parts with diameters below 1 mm, bins with metal screens and corresponding mesh size are available.
