Oil Mist – Oil Smoke Filtration Systems

1 Air Inlet: Dirty air connection suction point.

2 Stainless Steel Partition Plate: Dirty air enters the first separation, becomes larger particles and is distributed evenly to the filter.

3 Stainless Steel Front Filter:Retains small particles and coarse particles.

4 Ionizer / Collection Cell: The ionizer charges the particles in the air stream with high voltage. Very small solids and liquids in the collecting plate

particles settle and there is a continuous flow into the collection tank.

5 Stainless Steel Front Filter: The air coming out of the ionizer cell is passed through the third filter again and the clean air is sent to the environment with a fan. Optionally, a HEPA filter can also be offered.
